征集墻報(bào)摘要
2019年獸醫(yī)診斷大會(huì)（AVDC）將于2019年6月2日至4日在中國(guó)上海舉行，大會(huì)提供墻報(bào)展示機(jī)會(huì)?，F(xiàn)開(kāi)始征集墻報(bào)摘要。
提交截止日期：2019年3月31日
語(yǔ)言要求：英文或中文。12號(hào)字（Times New Roman）。
英文格式：
· 標(biāo)題: 標(biāo)題應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)潔扼要但富有信息性。
· 作者和隸屬機(jī)構(gòu): 列出所有作者及其所在機(jī)構(gòu)名稱，并給做墻報(bào)展示的作者名字下劃線。
· 排版: 摘要應(yīng)以敘事形式編寫，正文應(yīng)包括：簡(jiǎn)要介紹、方法、結(jié)果、討論和結(jié)論。摘要可以是單個(gè)段落，也可以分為多段。摘要正文不超過(guò)400英文單詞或2500個(gè)字符（包括空格）。其中，不算標(biāo)題、作者名和機(jī)構(gòu)名，但摘要所引文獻(xiàn)字?jǐn)?shù)計(jì)算在內(nèi)。
· 內(nèi)容: 內(nèi)容必須涉及獸醫(yī)實(shí)驗(yàn)診斷科學(xué)的相關(guān)主題。 其中不包括臨床診斷工具，如成像（放射學(xué)，MRI，超聲）。摘要必須能夠獨(dú)立存在，并為讀者提供足夠的信息，以評(píng)估作者的工作的科學(xué)合理性及其與獸醫(yī)診斷科學(xué)的相關(guān)性。
中文格式: 以上格式要求也適用于中文摘要， 除了字?jǐn)?shù)不受以上要求限制。

對(duì)摘要的確認(rèn): 所有提交的摘要將由大會(huì)組委會(huì)評(píng)審，并在2019年4月15日之前通知接受與否。
墻報(bào)展示：
6月2日下午3:00-5:00， 作者可以開(kāi)始在墻報(bào)展示區(qū)張貼墻報(bào)。墻報(bào)將在整個(gè)會(huì)議期間展示。 作者應(yīng)該在茶歇期間在自己的墻報(bào)旁為閱讀者回答問(wèn)題。 墻報(bào)要在6月4日下午5:00之前卸下。
· 被會(huì)議接受的墻報(bào)， 其作者仍需注冊(cè)參加大會(huì)。 墻報(bào)展示作者如為在校學(xué)生， 可獲得免費(fèi)參加會(huì)議， 但需要出示有效學(xué)生證件。請(qǐng)到會(huì)議網(wǎng)站www.taovishua.com了解詳細(xì)會(huì)議注冊(cè)信息。
· 會(huì)議提供為每個(gè)墻報(bào)120 cm x 120 cm 墻報(bào)展示板， 墻報(bào)展示作者請(qǐng)把準(zhǔn)備好的墻報(bào)帶到會(huì)場(chǎng)張貼。

Call for Abstracts for Poster Presentations
Abstracts are solicited for poster presentations at the 2019 Annual Veterinary Diagnostics Conference (AVDC) – China to be held in Shanghai, China from June 2nd to 4th, 2019.
Submission deadline: March 31, 2019
Languages: English. Font size 12 (Times New Roman). Abstracts will also be accepted in Mandarin.
English Format:
· Title: The abstract should have an informative and concise title in sentence case.
· Authors & affiliations: List all authors and their institutions. The presenting author is underlined.
· Layout: The abstract should be written in narrative form, and the body text should include brief introduction, methods, results, discussion and conclusion. The abstract can be either a single paragraph or divided into subsections. There is a limit of 400 words or 2,500 characters (including spaces) for the abstract body text. Title, authors, and institutions will not be counted. The abstract may include references to support the content; such references are included in the word/character count.
· Content: The content must pertain to any topic of veterinary laboratory diagnostic science. This does not include clinical diagnostic tools such as imaging (radiology, MRI, ultrasound). The abstract must be able to stand alone and provide the reader with enough information to assess scientific soundness of the work and its relevance to veterinary diagnostic science.
Mandarin format: Abstracts in Mandarin shall follow the same general layout as described above, except that the word and character limits do not apply.
How to submit: Please submit poster abstracts by email to: Dr. Jerry Saliki, jsaliki@uga.edu, with the subject line: “2019 AVDC Poster Abstract”.
Acknowledgment of abstracts: All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Conference Organizing Committee and submitters notified on their acceptability by April 15, 2019. Accepted abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings.
Poster presentation:
Poster set-up will take place in conference venue from 3:00 to 5:00 pm on June 2nd. Please check with the registration front desk about the location for poster presentations. Posters will be displayed the entire duration of the conference and author(s) should be available for discussion with conference attendees during coffee/tea breaks. Please take your poster down by 5:00 pm on June 4th. Please, also take note of the following:
· Poster acceptance DOES NOT include conference registration (except for student presenters who will be given complimentary registration upon presentation of a valid student ID). All poster presenters need to register for the conference. Please visit www.taovishua.com for registration details.
· Poster display space of 120 cm x 120 cm will be provided. Presenters need to prepare their posters to fit within that space and bring to the conference for presentation.
